Information you choose to submit
The estimate form may collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, project location at the city or ZIP level, project type, timeline, budget range, project description, notes, and files you choose to upload.
How the information is used
Submitted information is used to review your request, determine basic project fit, contact you, prepare for a conversation or site visit, and maintain a record of the inquiry. Estimate-request information is not displayed publicly.
Uploaded photographs and plans
Only upload files you are authorized to share. Avoid including unnecessary personal information, financial records, identification documents, or images of people who have not agreed to be included.
Website operations
The website's hosting providers may process ordinary technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as request timing, device information, and network logs.
Retention and deletion requests
Project inquiries may be retained while K4 evaluates or works on the request and for reasonable business-record purposes afterward. To ask about or request deletion of a website submission, contact K4 using the phone number or email below.
