K4 was called after another contractor had started the footer and was unable to complete it.
K4 cleared the lot, established the house layout again, and excavated the footer from that renewed footprint. Standing water was pumped from the trenches while excavation continued.
Documented scope: project takeover, lot clearing, renewed house layout, footer excavation, and trench dewatering. Concrete placement and later foundation work are not shown.
