Dense growth cleared back.

K4 used a compact excavator to remove dense brush, vines, and small trees from an overgrown rear property area.

Cleared rear property area with larger trees and the fence line retained

Open up an overgrown property edge.

The rear of the property had become heavily overgrown with intertwined brush, vines, and small trees extending into the usable yard.

K4 worked through the vegetation with a compact excavator, consolidated the cut material, and cleared the designated area while the larger established trees and existing fence line remained.

Documented scope: these photographs show vegetation clearing only. They do not claim finish grading, stump grinding, or new landscaping.

01

Dense overgrowth

Brush, vines, and small trees had filled the rear property area beyond the lawn and patio.

02

Machine clearing

A compact excavator worked through the dense vegetation from the open side of the property.

03

Material consolidation

Cut brush and small-tree material was gathered together as the clearing moved across the work area.

04

Cleared ground

The final view shows the overgrowth removed, the ground opened up, and the larger trees and fence line retained.

The property edge opened back up.

Dense understory was removed from the work area, restoring open ground behind the patio while keeping the larger trees and boundary fence in place.
